LATENESS

Please be aware that if you are late for your treatment, where possible we will perform the full treatment time but your time may be reduced, and you will be charged for the full treatment.

LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

We operate on a booking system and can’t always easily fill sudden changes in the diary. We fully understand that emergencies can happen and try to be accommodating, however our policy is that we need 24 hours notice for any alterations in your appointment. If insufficient notice is given, we will require payment in full and will apply this at our discretion. If last minute changes to appointments happen regularly then advance payment will be required, which will be forfeit in the event of further last minute changes.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If a specific treatment is purchased, you may ask to change it to the value of the purchased treatment at time of issue.

RETURNS

Refunds for products are only accepted if the product is faulty or has caused a reaction. In the case of a reaction, a reaction form will need to be completed to make the manufacturer aware of the fault in question.
